Terms of Service

Taqdim is in a closed beta, by invitation. It is free to use during the beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may end the beta or your access at any time; if we do, you can still delete your account and data.

You must be 18 or older and use Taqdim for your own job search. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your CV, profile and the documents we generate for you remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload information that is yours and that you are allowed to share.

• Taqdim uses AI to read your CV, check your fit for a job, and draft tailored CVs and cover letters from your own information. It is designed not to invent experience, but AI can still make mistakes.
• Always review every document before you use it. You decide what to send, and you click Submit yourself.
• Fit results are guidance, not a promise. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or any hiring outcome.

The optional Taqdim browser extension fills job application form fields with your profile information on the page you are currently viewing. It does not submit forms — you always click Submit yourself. It reads form fields on the page you are filling; it does not access other tabs or other page content beyond the form it is filling.

Some actions use credits. During the beta, credits are given to you for free (one set per invited email address), have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset. If an action fails, its credits are refunded. When paid credits are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown before you buy.

Do not misuse Taqdim: no creating multiple accounts to collect free credits, no automated or bulk use, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no uploading of someone else’s data or of unlawful content. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Taqdim without owing you anything.

The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made by employers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using Taqdim and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will update these terms as Taqdim grows. We will post the new version here and tell you by email about important changes. If you keep using Taqdim after that, the new terms apply.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Egypt, unless a mandatory provision of your local law requires otherwise. You may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal counsel before public launch.)

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement between you and us for the beta.
